Sizes, prices and measurements:
All information given is given in good faith. However, as these are handicrafts, colours and sizes may vary considerably and are given purely as an indication. Models and sizes may also vary according to availability.
Payment:
All shipments are made after full payment of your order. For faster processing, we recommend that you pay by credit card or bank transfer.
For payments by cheque, shipments are made 15 to 20 days after the cheque is deposited. This is the time required by the bank to check that the cheque has sufficient funds.
Failure to pay for goods by the due date shown on the invoice will automatically incur late payment penalties equal to 2 times the legal interest rate, with any legal costs and bank charges to be borne by the customer.
Commandes :
- Minimum order of 100 euros excluding tax and postage.
- Delivery charge of 14 euros excluding tax for all orders between 100 and 300 euros excluding tax.
- Free delivery for all orders over 300 euros excluding tax for metropolitan France.
- Free delivery for all orders over 400 euros excluding tax for Spain and Italy.
Transport and shipping:
Goods are transported at the recipient's risk, and the recipient is responsible for making any necessary reservations with the carrier.
Delivery times are given as an indication and without any guarantee.
Reservation of ownership:
We reserve ownership of the goods until they have been paid for in full, this claim covering both the goods and their price if they have already been resold.
Jurisdiction:
In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Auxerre shall have sole jurisdiction.
